Shipping, Freight & Customs

Priority cargo dispatch

All items are handled with white-glove care and packed in custom museum-grade crates. Shipments travel by insured priority international air cargo.

Import duties, taxes & customs

• Destination duties: import duties, VAT, sales taxes and local customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• Recipient responsibility: all applicable duties, tariffs and customs fees are set by the destination country's authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.
• Customs clearance: our concierge team works with global cargo partners to prepare all documentation for smooth clearance.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided upon dispatch. Delays caused by local customs inspection are beyond our direct control, though our team monitors and assists throughout transit.
